SETUP GUIDE · BRING YOUR OWN CLIENT
CONNECT YOUR MCP CLIENT
HEXBIRD is also an MCP server. Wire it into Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor, or any OAuth-capable MCP client and put its sources directly in your own tools.
OPERATIONAL LIMITS
HEXBIRD is an investigative research tool, not an official FAA, ATC, dispatch, emergency-response, aircraft-separation, or safety-of-life system. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on it for navigation, aircraft control, emergency response, or other real-time operational decisions. See the Terms of Service for details.
CLAUDE CODE
- Open your invite link in your default browser. (It identifies your browser to the server.)
- Add the MCP server:
claude mcp add hexbird --transport http https://spoor.obliscence.com/mcp - Run
/mcp, choosehexbird, and authenticate. Claude Code opens the browser for OAuth; the consent page recognizes you from step 1 — one click and you're wired up.
OTHER CLIENTS
Use https://spoor.obliscence.com/mcp with any client that supports remote Streamable HTTP and OAuth.
- CODEX
codex mcp add hexbird --url https://spoor.obliscence.com/mcp - CURSOR add a remote server in MCP settings
- GEMINI CLI
httpUrlinsettings.json - CHATGPT web Developer Mode
- CLAUDE / DESKTOP custom Web connector
